A number of the West Norfolk Athletics Club endurance team members went further afield for some race day action. Starting with the popular Manchester marathon, which serves as a great alternative to the famous London Marathon but by no means is a lesser event, self-proclaimed to be the flattest and friendliest marathon in the country. The event provided a great atmosphere all round for the 30,000 runners taking part on the day.
