Gorefield driver Bill Garner has made an excellent return to racing after taking a two-year break from the sport. Garner is racing in the 750 Motor Club Formula Vee Championship and began the new season on the Croft Circuit, in Darlington, at the end of April. Driving the ex-multiple championship-winning Maverick KE01 Class B car, he managed an impressive fourth overall and a Class B win in Race One.
