PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office has arrested 40-year-old O’Brien Smith on charges of sexual battery. According to PSO, the victim hired Smith to perform a service at their residence on September 13th. During this time, Smith allegedly forced himself on the victim and then fled the scene. There are no known additional victims.
