President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree enacting the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on the Maritime Security Strategy, according to the head of the Ukrainian state. “And today, I signed a decree that enacts the NSDC decision on the new Maritime Security Strategy of Ukraine.
