Tottenham and Leicester are close to doing business for another midfielder as Oliver Skipp is set for a move. After already signing Harry Winks from Tottenham last year, the Foxes are now close to landing Skipp as well. Reports this morning have said a deal for Skipp is close to being completed, while David Ornstein has since updated that situation by saying a deal is in place and a medical is set to happen today.
