Dozens of fans of Turkish top-flight club Trabzonspor stormed the pitch after the 2-3 home loss against Fenerbahce on Sunday and attacked opposition players and coaching staff. The Fenerbahce team and the match officials had to be protected by security personnel and fled to the dressing rooms to escape the onrushing fans. The match had been interrupted several times beforehand because fans were throwing objects onto the pitch.
