Ukrainian lawmakers overwhelming passed a supplementary budget with additional expenditure equivalent to over $11 billion, mainly to go to the military, local media reported on Wednesday. This grows the total budget expenditure this year by roughly 13% to over $90 billion – a record amount for Ukraine.
