Montvale (N.J.) St. Joseph Regional four-star cornerback Jahmir Joseph has committed to Penn State. He chose the Nittany Lions over Stanford, Notre Dame, South Carolina and Georgia. Joseph is the No. 182 overall prospect and No. 22 corner in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
