The House of Representatives is back in session and there already appears to be turmoil and infighting. Punchbowl News reporter Jake Sherman brings word that Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT) ranted during a Republican House conference meeting on Wednesday about “coward” leakers who airing out dirty laundry to reporters and vowed to expose and shame whomever was responsible.
