A number of emergency sytems from mu;ltiple states have reported that their 911 emergency phone lines are down. The City of Las Vegas, the entire state of South Dakota, and many locations in Nebraska have outages, and administrative numbers have been provided as backups. Reports suggest that some areas of Florida, Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Kentucky are also affected. The extent of those outages is unknown at this time.
