Several flood alerts have been issued across Kent. River levels are rising after heavy rainfall over the last 24 hours and flooding is expected to impact low-lying land, roads and paths. An alert has been put in place for the Upper River Medway covering parts of the Weald from Forest Row to Penshurst, including Ashurst, as well as for the River Bourne, encompassing Hadlow to East Peckham.
