Uzbekistan has proposed establishing a joint venture that would be responsible for the construction and management of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan (CKU) railway, Railway Supply reported on March 13. Both Beijing and Bishkek reportedly support this initiative from Tashkent.
