Human rights activist and lawyer Femi Falana has said the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, can arrest and prosecute former Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello. Falana said Bello has lost his immunity, hence can be arrested and prosecuted by the EFCC.
