The Mexican football association and national coach Jaime Lozano have parted ways after the team’s poor performance in the Copa América and two years before Mexico plays co-host to the World Championships. Lozano, 45, had rejected an offer to work under a more experienced coach in the run-up to the World Cup being hosted by the United States and Canada along with Mexico, the association said.
