Workers in major German cities are increasingly returning to the office, a survey showed on Wednesday, although not yet to pre-pandemic levels. The report by real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) suggests employees in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfort, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart worked from their offices around 3.6 days per week. The figure was markedly higher than the 3.2 days per week average recorded in 2023 but has not yet caught up to the four days employees worked from their offices before the coronavirus pandemic.
