Prince Harry has been ordered to pay 90 per cent of the public’s legal bill after losing his High Court battle with the Home Office, who have rightly downgraded his security because he’s no longer a working royal. He’s got a 10 per cent discount from the rumoured £1million in costs because of the government delays, although his team apparently tried to barter and only pay half of the full amount.
