Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has feared the Gunners may have missed a trick by letting Chelsea sign 24-year-old forward Pedro Neto this summer. Merson believes the Portuguese is an ‘incredible signing and a top draw’. Neto was a long-term transfer target for Arsenal.
