A shooting attack in Afghanistan’s central province of Bamyan on Friday left four people dead and seven injured, according to the Taliban’s interior ministry. Ministry spokesman Abdul Matin Qani confirmed the attack in a statement, specifying three fatalities were foreign nationals. Of the seven injured, four held foreign passports.
