A woman was bullied by three boys in a Bishop’s Stortford supermarket and then chased in an incident police are treating as racially aggravated. Hertfordshire Constabulary today (Thursday January 18) issued an appeal for witnesses to the incident, which happened a fortnight ago, and anyone who can identify the trio to contact them.
