King Charles seemed to get frustrated at a page boy who was adjusting his robe, just days after he was spotted snapping at a royal aide. During the State Opening of Parliament at the House of Lords earlier today, the King was attended to by two young pages dressed in red tunics who attempted to adjust his length robe.
