Tottenham Hotspur got their pre-season up and running with victory against Hearts of Midlothian on Wednesday night. Ange Postecoglou‘s side made the trip up to Edinburgh and fielded a much-changed starting XI with a defence made almost all off midfielders. However, Spurs were able to get the job done and they were able to do so without really getting out of second gear in a comfortable 5-1 victory.
