Lhasa [Tibet], February 18 (ANI): The Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRS) released a report, followed by an organisation based in the North Indian hill town of Dharamshala, revealing Chinese authorities’ surveillance of exile Tibetans to collect personal information.
