At last ! A judge has ruled that three police officers were the victims of racial discrimination because they were passed over for promotion on no grounds other than that they were white British. The usual competitive processes were simply ignored. I have long since argued that we will never have true equality in this country until whites are as protected as blacks, heterosexuals as gays, males as females and old as young.
