HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A fatal collision occurred on the northbound Veterans Expressway near Milepost 8 Tuesday at around 4:00 pm. According to authorities, two vehicles were involved in the incident. One vehicle, a motorcycle driven by a 65-year-old Trinity man, was merging from the express entrance lane into the inside lane, while the other, a Ford F150 with a trailer, was traveling in the inside lane.
