Police are appealing for witnesses after thieves were found with a large amount of stolen cooking oil in Thatcham. Officers stopped suspects in the town either on the night of Monday, April 15, or in the early hours of Tuesday, April 16. The suspects’ vehicle, a Silver Ford Transit van, was found to be carrying a large number of blue barrels containing cooking oil. The suspects were arrested at the scene.
