Thatcham Town Council remains fully Lib Dem run following a win at the recent by-election. Liberal Democrat councillor David Lunn won the final seat at the table last Thursday (March 14). First time candidate David Lunn was up against Conservative Richard Crumly and UKIP candidate Gary Johnson – both of whom have been on the council before. Mr Lunn received 692 votes whilst Mr Crumly had 373 and Mr Johnson following with 95.
