A MAN died from a dangerous drugs cocktail, a coroner said. An inquest into the Great Shefford death of Charles Edward Creed was opened at Reading Town Hall on Thursday, February 15. Mr Creed, a computer programmer known to friends as Charlie, died at a home in The Mead on October 14 last year. He was aged 32.
