A 22-year-old butcher has been short-listed for a prestigious industry award. Mia Tamburrini, owner and butcher at Raise The Steaks, Sudbury, has been short-listed for the Craft Butchery Award at The Women In Meat Industry Awards 2024. The awards are run by the publishers of Meat Management and recognise the important contributions women make across the meat industry.
