A man was caught drink-driving his Jaguar on one of Norfolk’s busiest roads after accidentally drinking 7.8% cider. Paul Dawson, 52, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, where he admitted driving while above the legal limit. He committed the offence on March 28, when a police constable spotted him driving his Jaguar along the A47 at Sporle. The court heard he had joined the carriageway in an “odd fashion”, and was subsequently pulled over by the officer.
