A fun event will mark both the 200th anniversary of the RNLI and the founding of a lifeboat service at Hunstanton. To celebrate both occasions, there will be a beer festival, live music, tug of war, and other activities for all ages at the Golden Lion Hotel on The Green from noon-8pm on Saturday, August 31. The provisional line-up of performers for the RNLI 200 Fest includes Sirens at the Helm, Nelson’s Shantymen, Second Sunset, Neil Reeve, and The Castaways. Admission is free, but donations are welcome and will go towards the work of Hunstanton RNLI.
