A company is upgrading its premises in the county to support its ongoing expansion. Centrum+, which provides mechanical and electrical services to the construction industry, is moving into a bigger nearby building at Kings Hill. It has taken out a lease of 2,363 sq ft of space in Kings HIll Avenue and will relocate there from its existing site on Churchill Square.
