Essex County authorities have charged a Burlington County man in a Valentine’s Day hit-and-run crash that killed a man and injured a woman in Nutley. Dhkir Robinson, 42, of Lumberton is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident, operating a vehicle with a suspended license in an incident resulting in death, and endangering an injured victim, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office announced.
