Prince Harry’s old friend has partnered up with Jeremy Clarkson on a new pub venture in Oxfordshire. It comes as the Top Gear star is embroiled in a long running dispute with bosses over parking issues at his farm in the Cotswolds. Johnny Hornby has been asked by Clarkson to handle the application for the licence to serve alcohol at the venue.
