One of the survivors of the Tuesday’s explosion in Ibadan has revealed that the Malian who kept the explosives ran away just before the explosion occured. The victim said the Malian and members of his household, who occupied the house where the incident occured, ran away when they saw that the building was on fire without informing the neighbors.
