Poland’s secret service has arrested a man who apparently wanted to help Russian military intelligence plan an assassination attempt on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The Polish citizen was arrested on Polish territory on Wednesday, the public prosecutor’s office in Warsaw announced on Thursday.
