By Tom Coley Nottingham Forest have been deducted four points by the Premier League for breaking its profit and sustainability rules. Confirmation came on Monday that Forest are the second Premier League side to be handed a points penalty, after Everton were penalised 10 points for breaking the same rules – reduced to six points in February on appeal. The Toffees are still waiting to hear the outcome of a second charge, announced at the same time as Forest.
