Moore, who announced he was transferring in late November, has committed to Oregon, according to multiple reports. The Ducks had previously been named “the team to beat” for Moore earlier today, and the Detroit (Mich.) Martin Luther King product had been committed to Oregon before flipping to UCLA one year ago.
