A new foundational document for relations between Russia and North Korea has been prepared, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his state visit to North Korea on Wednesday, according to Russian state media. During their talks in Pyongyang, Putin invited ruler Kim Jong Un to visit Russia again – this time to Moscow, after the two last met in Vladivostok in September.
