New Delhi [India], August 19 (ANI): A group of women tied Rakhi to Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal during ‘Raksha Bandhan’ celebrations in New Delhi on Monday. Spiritual leader Sadhvi Rithambara also tied Rakhi to the Union Minister on the occasion.
