Parents are being targeted by a “school-run saboteur” who has been puncturing their cars’ wheels with “boobytraps”. Whilst dropping off and picking up their kids at Creeting St Mary Church of England Primary School in Suffolk, several parents have been left with flat tyres thanks to the vandal who they believe is carrying out a “targeted campaign”.
