At about 4 a.m. on July 19, Russians attacked residential buildings in the central part of Chuhuiv, Kharkiv region, twice. Seven people were wounded, according to the Kharkiv region governor, Oleh Syniehubov. All seven injured were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds, their lives are not in danger.
