Lagos State Police Command has arraigned one Umaru Abdul before Magistrate Patrick Nwaka of the Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court for pretending to be a military personnel. The defendant was arraigned on three counts of conspiracy to impersonate, forgery of an official identification card, and impersonation by pretending to be a military personnel.
