Ukraine is requesting that NATO country Romania shoot down Russian drones that approach its airspace, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said after meeting his Romanian counterpart Luminița Odobescu in Bucharest on Wednesday. The meeting and request were reported by Romanian news agency Mediafax. Since the beginning of the war, debris from Russian drones has crashed several times in Romania near the border with Ukraine.
