Two German teenagers are in police custody on suspicion of murder after a deadly fire in an apartment building in the eastern city of Leipzig. Two people died, and a third was seriously injured, in the blaze at a post-war prefabricated residential tower in the Paunsdorf district of Leipzig on Friday night.
