US President Joe Biden was set to host the leaders of Japan and the Philippines on April 11, the White House said on Monday. Biden will host Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos Jr and Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida for the first trilateral US-Japan-Philippines leaders’ summit, White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre said in a statement.
