The pro-Iranian Lebanese militia Hezbollah attempted to kill former Israeli defence minister Moshe Yaalon in Tel Aviv in September of last year, Israeli media reports said on Wednesday. The Israeli domestic intelligence service, Shin Bet, had previously announced an attempted attack by the militia in a park in the coastal city but had not initially said who that attack had targeted.
