There was wailing on Sunday as the remains of ABK Offiah, an aide to Anambra Commissioner for Youths Development, Patrick Aghamba, was brought back to Onitsha. Offiah was killed while travelling with Aghamba and his wife to Abuja. While the commissioner and his wife were kidnapped, Offiah was shot dead during the attack by gunmen.
