A further 87 people have been abducted from a village in the Kajuru local government area in Nigeria’s Kaduna state in the latest in a series of abductions that has seen hundreds of people seized by armed gangs. Usman Danlami, the political representative of the Kajuru local government area, told dpa that the 87 had been taken from a village in the area on Sunday evening. A total of 75 people had been seized from two other villages in the Kajuru area over the past week, he said.
