An Ocean County nursing home has been without power for more than 24 hours, police said. Power went out at the Spring Oak senior living facility in the Forked River section of Lacey Township during “the morning hours” on Saturday, Lacey Township Capt. Paul Sullivan told NJ Advance Media. Power remained out as of Sunday afternoon. JCP&L has been attempting to restore power to no avail, Sullivan said.
