A man who piloted an “overloaded and vulnerable” dinghy across the English Channel on which four people drowned has been found guilty of manslaughter in a landmark case. In the first prosecution of its kind, a jury at Canterbury Crown Court also convicted Ibrahima Bah of facilitating a breach of immigration law.
